Jatani or Jatni (Oriya), Hindi:जटणी) or Khurda Road is a city and a municipality in Khordha district in the Indian state of Orissa. It is close to Bhubaneswar, the capital city of Orissa. Khurda-Road is the railway junction and gateway to the vast tribal hinterland. It has developed as a commercial hub with a number of educational and other institutions. Jatni is located at 20.17° N 85.7° E. It has an average elevation of 36 metres (118 feet). As of 2001, Jatni had a population of 54,550. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Jatni has an average literacy rate of 78%, higher than the national average of 59.5%. The population consists of mostly Oriya & Telugu speaking peoples, but others like Muslim, Marwari, Bengali are also present in good numbers. Good number of Temples, Masjid & Churches are present here. It is also the home of highest number of Anglo-Indian people in Orissa.

there are over 15 school and 4 college in jatni.the kendriya vidayalaya is biggest school in the wholw orissa.there are over 2 engineering college which run under bput syllabus under AIcTE new delhi
